We partnered with Bocaditos Mexican Cuisine, a vibrant new restaurant in Chicago, to elevate their brand and online presence. With less than a year in operation, Bocaditos was ready to make a big splash, and we stepped in to help them shine. Our comprehensive approach included a website redesign, a new marketing strategy, and ongoing brand development to set them up for long-term success.

Objective
As a new player in a competitive market, Bocaditos needed to stand out and attract a loyal customer base. They had fantastic food and a unique vibe, but they needed to communicate that effectively online and through social media. Our challenge was to capture the essence of Bocaditos and present it in a way that would not only draw in new customers but keep them coming back.
Key results
Our primary goal was to increase Bocaditos' visibility and establish a strong, consistent brand presence both online and offline. We aimed to create a cohesive brand experience that would resonate with their target audience, driving foot traffic and fostering customer loyalty. This involved improving their online presence, enhancing their social media engagement, and developing a marketing strategy that would ensure sustainable growth.
Outcome
To achieve these goals, we started by creating a detailed style guide to ensure brand consistency across all platforms. We scheduled multiple media days to capture high-quality restaurant photography, which we leveraged across social media and other marketing channels. We also redesigned their website to better reflect the vibrant atmosphere of Bocaditos, making it more user-friendly and visually appealing. Additionally, we implemented a targeted marketing strategy, including consistent social media posting, Google Ads, and hosting influencer dinner events to generate buzz and attract new customers. The result was a significant increase in brand awareness and customer engagement, setting Bocaditos on a path to continued success.
